Online geleide meditatie
Een live online geleide meditatie waarin we de rust en ruimte weer in ons lijf gaan voelen.
Rust voelen in je hoofd, lijf en hart lijkt soms bijna onmogelijk. Vooral wanneer het leven je uitdaagt is het zo lastig om écht tot rust te komen.
Deze live online meditatie is speciaal voor alle gasten van Scarabee, voor iedereen die geraakt is door kanker.
Tijdens de meditatie doen we ook visualisatie- en ademhalingsoefeningen waarmee we ons lichaam, hoofd en hart tot rust brengen.
